Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation message is received from the system. Bets that remain incomplete due to network issues will be voided and the stake returned to the account.
Odds changes
Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final. diy22 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious error.
Cancelled & Postponed Matches
- If a match is delayed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled start time, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
- Once sufficient play has taken place on the field after a match begins, the result is generally considered valid.
- All bets may be voided in the event of a natural disaster or force majeure.
Maximum Win Limit
Maximum winnings from a single bet are capped. The standard limit is ৳10,00,000 per bet. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on diy22 and will result in permanent account closure:
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
- Fraud: Registering or transacting using false information.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the system to obtain bonuses.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
- Colosseum Betting: Placing bets against yourself to gain an unfair advantage.

08 Account suspension & closure

- Extended inactivity (no transactions for 12 months)
Inactive Account Policy
An account will be marked as inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 months. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts. The account will be closed once the balance reaches zero.
Voluntary Account Closure
